The Whitsundays off the east coast of Australia are a magical place. We had anchored in a tiny bay north of a small island off St Bees. We were the only boat there. Humpbacks breached occasionally as we sipped our morning coffee in the cockpit. The only sound was of the crystal clear water lapping the hull.
